Last year the School Council were asked to choose a charity to raise money for. After researching and holding discussions with one of the School Governors they decided that the School's charity would be Shelter Box.

They chose this charity as it helps people in different countries around the world including local people in the United Kingdom during the floods. Their statement is:-

We provide emergency shelter and vital supplies to support communities around the world overwhelmed by disaster and humanitarian crisis.

To date we have  raised £3936.00 for Shelter Box.   This includes £1091 raised during our sponsored walks in June, every class took part.

A representative from Shelter Box collected the cheque on 26th November during a special assembly.
