Spring Term

5.7.19

We had an amazing Healthy You, Healthy Me, Healthy Planet week. We have learnt lots about keeping healthy and saving the planet.

All the children did extremely well at sports day and their behaviour was wonderful...as usual.

Due to the developments in delivering an enhanced curriculum, as of September, KS1 will no longer be using Tapestry. We are currently researching alternative systems that will be fit for purpose. Until then please check your class pages and twitter feed.

You can download your child’s learning journal from Tapestry as a PDF file.

Thank you to everyone who has bought plants and contributed to our mini enterprise.

5.4.19

We have had a fun filled and busy term learning lots about London! Thank you for your efforts with the creative challenge.

Over Easter please can children access Spelling Shed and Times Tables Rock Stars.

Please help us by taking pictures of the children using maths during the Easter holidays. Children are not always aware of the maths around them in most everyday situations.

Examples could include baking, playing games, shopping, filling the car with fuel, Easter egg hunts etc. The possibilities are endless as maths is everywhere!

We are planning to use the pictures to create a new display in School to promote the learning and love of maths. Thank you for your continued support.

Have a lovely Easter break,
