Tag Rugby and Fitness
This half term in PE we are focusing on Tag Rugby with Miss Parr and fitness with Miss Sewart.
In Fitness we have been completing circuits which help to build our core stability and also agility.
We have completed different stations such as the plank position, step ups on the benches, skipping, tricep dips and the ladders.
In Tag Rugby we have been learning to pass and receive a rugby ball, tackle and score a try!
