In Badminton we have learnt how to grip a racquet and how to hit a balloon overarm.
In our gymnastics lessons we have been working with Mrs Archibald to learn new routines and steps. We are now focusing on using apparatus in our gymnastics and we have enjoyed perfecting our entry and landing.
During our Fitness Circuits we are learning about how exercise effects the body, we have been working on stamina, speed, agility and strength.
This term we have been working on our Netball skills. We have learnt ball about chest pass, bounce pass and shoulder pass. We also learnt how to move around the netball court and how to shoot!
