Home Learning
At Blackrod Primary School, we believe that strong partnerships between home and school are key to every child’s success. By working together, we can support children’s development in communication and language through regular conversations, storytelling and shared experiences. Reading together at home, enjoying books and talking about stories helps build a love of reading and strengthens comprehension. Practising number facts and times tables in fun, everyday ways also boosts confidence and fluency in maths. When families and school work hand in hand, children thrive; growing as confident, curious and capable learners.
