Celebrating Learning Class Displays

In English we have created wanted posters to help Mr Grinling. We had to use adjectives and exciting vocabulary.
To celebrate Euro 2016 Mrs McGrail has decorated the class window with an England Flag and bunting. We have also chosen a team to support in Euro 2016.

We read instructions to make our very own pop up seagull cards. We know instructions use:

*command statements

* verbs

*adverbs

* bullet points

* time connectives

We have enjoyed reading about traditional tales. We wrote a book review about our favourite traditional tale.
Our fantastic Titanic display. We wrote some great newspaper reports on the computer too.
Have a look at our fantastic 'Winter' display. We have written our own shape poems about snowflakes and snowmen.
Here are some of our Rangoli patterns on our Divali display.
We used pencils to sketch Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole. We then used charcoal to add more detail on our portraits.
We wrote character descriptions for Plop the owl. We used some fantastic adjectives to describe his appearance and personality.
Have a look at our nocturnal animals. We made these by using 2d shapes.
As part of our themed Remembrance day in November. We created our own poppy collage.
We used finger printing in Autumn colours to create these fantastic Autumn trees.
Our Science display on Autumn. We have photographs of our Autumn fun, books for us to read and we have written a list of clothes that we would need to wear in Autumn.
To celebrate Queen Elizabeth being on the throne for 60 years. We used Paint to create portraits of the queen.

This display shows our book reviews on the leopard's drum.

This display shows the children's fantastic non-chronological reports on Africa.
