We have been focusing on our digital literacy skills. We have used key board shortcuts, inserted tables and saved images from the internet to save them into our word document.
As an introduction and recap, in our computing sessions we have been developing our digital citizenship. We have looked at safe and unsafe profiles, how to protect ourselves and what is positive and negative when online.
In this block of computing, the children will be developing logical reasoning, problem solving and resilience skills. They will begin to use computational thinking to turn algorithms (a set of instructions in everyday life) into programs (a precise set of instructions for the computer).
