Technology - Digital Creativity
We went to the computer suite with Miss Parr and learned how to use simple tools in Busythings e.g. different sized brushes, colour-fill and palettes to create bugs ready for our new topic.
Dinosaurs Love Underpants
We read the book Dinosaurs Love Underpants and designed our underpants to see if the dinosaurs would come to our classroom. We learned that they are extinct so we made animation videos on the iPad's to make them look as if they visited our school. See videos below.
Summer Disco
We all had a wonderful time dancing and playing party games at the summer disco.
PE
We did PE on the field and tried out the running track, we practised our balancing skills, the egg and spoon race and jumping. Lots of fun!
Woodwork
We continued to learn about safety and discussed how to use the different tools safely. We used a hand saw, a hand drill, sand paper and a tape measure. A great start to woodwork.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
